Welcome to Brundall Gardens Marina

Brundall Gardens Marina is operated by Debbie Linder and is located on the River Yare just two miles to the east of Norwich, with easy access and ample parking. All moorings have the option of Mains electricity and TV aerial connections. Wet shed facilities are available.

Mooring and storage fees 2008

• Annual Mooring: £30.00 per foot (£97.50 per metre)
• Three monthly rate: £8.25 per foot (£26.80 per metre)
• Monthly rate: £2.90 per foot (£9.43 per metre)

All vessels are LENGTH OVER ALL MEASURED (LOAM) to include pulpits, anchors, bowsprits, pushpits, bathing platforms, davits, rudders and out-drives. Minimum chargeable length: 20 feet/6.09 metres. Wetshed berths minimum chargeable length 30 feet/9.14 metres.

All mooring fees are calculated on a calendar month. Moorings (except visitor berths) are offered on an annual basis only, irrespective of payment arrangements. No refunds will be given for mooring fees paid in advance on early termination of the mooring contract. Three months' notice or three months' fees in lieu of notice will always be required.

• Wet-shed surcharge: £300.00 per annum
• Moorers' dinghies ashore: Free
• Dinghy stored ashore: £50.00 (less than 12 foot) per 3 months
• Boats stored ashore: 50% normal mooring fee (min. 20 feet)
• Lagoon moorings: no min. - max. length 18 foot - 25% discount

GREEN WETSHED HIRE: £35 per day, £125 per week, £500 per month.

Electricity

• Initial connection 10amp (1st year): £80.00
• Annual renewal of supply: £60.00
